ThoughtEater Testimonials

This testimonial was not solicited from me by ThoughtEater Technical Solutions. It is also not an advertisement insomuch as I don't get anything in return for this testimonial.
For a while now I have had the pleasure of using the service of ThoughtEater for my business and personal computers. I say pleasure because Jeff "Gus" Ensminger - who owns ThoughtEater - and his employees have made it a pleasure.
We have a network with two hand-fulls of computers at my office. Imagine that many computers being used continuously and you can imagine that we almost have the need for a full-time IT department; however, we don't have to spend that type of money because we can hire ThoughtEater to come in as needed.
ThoughtEater is great at removing viruses, adware, spyware, worms, etc that you (or in my case my staff) catches.
ThoughtEater's work is great. ThoughtEater's work ethic is great. ThoughtEater's staff does a great job. And ThoughtEater is very affordable.
I cannot tell you how many times I have called ThoughtEater with an emergency to have them provide me with quick service.
I cannot tell you how many times I have called ThoughtEater from home with a problem with a personal computer...and had to insist ThoughtEater bill me for that time.
If you have a problem with your business computer and/or personal computer...I recommend ThoughtEater to you... they do good work and are affordable... and very concious about the fact they are on the clock when ThoughtEater is working for you.
I remember one time my ISP couldn't figure out their problem... I had ThoughtEater in the office for 3-4 hours. ThoughtEater only billed me for 1 hour because they felt bad for my situation. It wasn't their fault... but ThoughtEater understands that my ISP was wasting my money, and ThoughtEater wanted me to have a good experience.
If you are the type that likes to hear all the technical information about your situation... ThoughtEater will take time to explain it. If you are like me and just want it fixed and don't need to hear all the technical jargon... ThoughtEater does that too.
Thanks, ThoughtEater, for the good job you do. Thanks for sending such a professional staff member today to fix my connection problem.

I have to give a shout out once again to Thoughteater.
Back in February I let my internet provider talk me into leasing their wireless router. I pay monthly for this. It is a little more expensive than buying a new wireless router each year. The trade-off is that they would support the wireless router. Sounded like a good idea to me.
For MONTHS I have been experience problems with the internet connection in my house. My internet provider has replaced the wireless router four times. Umpteen phone calls have been made.
Last night I had a three minute phone call with ThoughtEater regarding my problem. After speaking with ThoughtEater, I suspected that my internet provider was limiting me in some way.
SO, I called my internet provider and told them to remove their wireless router and let me get my own wireless router back in the house.
They wanted to know the reason. I explained that I suspected that they were limiting my wireless connections and that was what was causing all of my problems of the last four months.
My internet provider rep informed me that they had indeed limited my router to an artificial limit of 6 connections in my home. And that he could reprogram it to allow me up to 253. I said "give me the 253."
Mind you, my Internet provider has been here to replace the router 4 times and taken umpteen phone calls from us complaining... yet, they never once thought about their artificial limit?
It doesn't take much to exceed the limit of six... 1 iPhone 1 iPOD 2 Laptops 1 Desktop 2 Rokus (Netflix on Demand)
And on top of that... when you reboot your computer it doesn't automatically unpark itself from your router.
Thank you ThoughtEater!
My internet provider should thank you too. I was ready to kick them to the curb today. (I probably still should.)
