Service Hours

Thoughteater understands that technical difficulties can occur at any time of the day or night. That's why they are dedicated to always being available for you. If you have a technical emergency at any time - call Thoughteater.

For non-emergency service, Thoughteater's normal hours of operation are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.  Service calls performed outside of the normal hours are subject to an additional 10% charge. Even at night, Thoughteater is more affordable than their competitors are in the day!

Thoughteater can usually respond to your service request within 1-2 business days.  Emergency requests gain priority scheduling, but may be subject to an additional 10% charge.
